This is my 3rd replacement from Electrolux, nothing but problems, replaced compressor, ice maker, other small problems, plastic parts crack and break. Evaporator fan starts making noise, 2days later fridge stops working codes show: 5Y or 59 not sure, and the other side EF. Service Tech comes to repair replaces EV fan still not working! Then tells me I need USER INTERFACE KIT # 5303918583, and POWER BOARD SWITCH # 5303918558, he claims he can't get them. I called Electrolux they are BO or OOS. I had same service Tech install # 5303918583 User Interface Kit. Then tells me we don't need # 5303918558 POWER BOARD SWITCH. Now refrigerator is working......wrong! It worked for 2 weeks, then the Evaporator Fan started to make noise again, called Service Tech he came out and said nothing was wrong, it was the fan blades hitting on a panel in freezer intermittently, nothing he can do. Two days later we woke up to dead refrigerator again having to throw out all the food for the 3rd time....the same codes showed up on the panel. We called a Service Tech again, he said sorry I'm done, can't do any thing else, he told us to call Electrolux, we did, and they said have our Service Tech call Electrolux Technician, and they help him on the phone to trouble shoot.
