Food section warming up

The fresh food section coil keeps icing up, obstructing air flow, causing the food section. To warm up instead of being cool. I would like to know what is causing the problem in the food section. I have had the appliance, about ten years or more. I have changed the inverter on the compressor. I have changed the control circuit card.
