comp overloads
I had this unit for 10 years. It stop cooling, I replaced the main pc board and the inverter board. Now the refrigerator cools but comp does not stop running, when it gets to temp it keeps running and trips out on overload probably comp high temp, when it cools it starts up again.

40140483800 Freon leak
Unit is 10 years old. Freezer was not cooling. Had repair out multiple times. Changed evaporator fan in one visit then on another visit realized the Freon was very low so a slow leak somewhere. Freon refilled with dye to help find the leak. After about 7 months the freezer temp started to fluctuate but consistency rise for a few weeks. Had repair back out to fill Freon. No clue on the leak. Repair said due to lines being “inside sealed areas†there no way to fix the leak. Hard to believe a unit with this kind of price tag is basically disposable after 10 years.

KENMORE PRO BUILT IN -401.40483800 FREEZER EVAPORATOR FAN FAILURE
Self diagnostics show fan circuit problem ,Just to be sure I replaced the easiest parts first ,temperature sensor and mother board , It ended up being the fan motor. I have a new one and plugged it into freezer for testing and it works The problem is getting the old one out from on top of the evaporator could you help with the procedure?

Leaking
There is a significant leak on the left back side under freezer and well as a leak on front right side.
