Seem not to cycle and cool properly in the lower compartment of frigerator

I've had this unit RT21LMXJW for fourteen (14) years and never had a minute of trouble out of it. Would have bought another one if I could have found the Roper brand. Bought a Frigerdaire, which works fine. The trouble with it is the flimsy racks and shelve guards are junk.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.

How long did you have this top freezer refrigerator for? What is the problem with it right now? What kind of diagnostics did you perform? Any earlier repairs?
