Thermadore P364GECS service manual

My range has been in service in my house for around 14 years, no earlier repairs have been done. My range oven will not maintain the set temperature in bake mode. I have checked the PRTD temp sensor and it is reading 1090 ohms at room temp, the ignitor was checked and it fires the bake element successfully. When I unplug and plug the range back in the lights on either side of the temp controller encoder flash. The light to the right (heating) blinks once then the light to the left (preheating) blinks twice. I'm not sure if that is an error code or not. That is the only time the lights flash, on reboot, and it only happens once. No other error codes are displayed. I would like to get the service manual to interpret the codes.
