Fridge not cooling
Freezer works but fridge is at 50 degrees

Unit constantly runs, no cycle off, freezer builds up ice.
I suspected the Evaporator Motor was failing because of the above (subject line) symptoms and it sounded abnormally loud. I replaced the Defrost Thermostat, Freezer Thermistor and Evaporator Motor as a part of one combined assembly. The Evaporator Heater should read 27-30 Ohms at 115 VAC. I read 28 but it was not connected to power. Currently the unit's self diagnostics show an "open" Freezer Thermistor, and an "open" Bimetal/Defrost Heater. I ran a Forced Long Defrost (15min) and it appears to have no effect. Any ideas?
