model ed2khaxvt01

well i bought this unit dec 2013, it is not july 2016, and the unit is broken down cannot be fixed. they dont know why, the cold air in the freezer will not pass over into the refrigerator side. this same problem appears on the Whirlpool complaints of Comsumer reports page on internet. it has been almost 3 weeks and the techs have done everything Whirlpool says to do and one tech has 30 yrs experience. he called Whirlpool and all the tech person says was what was on the internet and what 2 techs did but could not fix the problem. the tech on the phone would not let my service speak to his supervisor..so much for Whirlpool service and products...no more
