freezer stopped working after power outage


freezer has stopped running in the past but the light is still on and it remains cold like a refrigerator. The freezer stopped working after being unmplugged for 2 months and when plugged back in it just got cold. Then is was removed when the floors were replaced and unplugged for several hours and started working again freezing. After a power outage last night, the freezer stopped running again and the lights remain on when opening door
