Problem with Crank Case Heater pulling high amps

Condenser fan turns slowly, the breaker trips one side, and the compressors tries to start and then quits.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.

How long did you have this hvac equipment for? What is the problem with it right now? What kind of diagnostics did you perform? Any earlier repairs?
