SCB2001CSS03 Rattling whilst idle

Owned for 12 years and the unit has started rattling whilst it is just sitting idle. Have to shut the breaker off to kill the noise. The unit is still fully functional, just rattles whilst idle.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.
