TRANE XL1800 Works Great

We just bought a house 6 months ago that has a TRANE XL1800 outside condenser, which was installed ~13 years ago. The condenser fan just went out, which is going to be crazy expensive to replace, but the entire system runs great otherwise and, since it lasted 13 years when condensers have a life expectancy of 10, that's not bad. We will just replace the motor and hope we get many more years out of it.
