Broken touch screen

Has been working fine 9 nears. Had some kind of electrical surge or something in the house, then the touch screen stopped working. It flashes on and off occasionally. I can temporarily activate the screen to turn on the top oven. The central clock section doesn't respond or turn on at all.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.
