Frigidaire Gas range

Have had my Frigidaire Gallery Professional Series for about 8 or so years - was in house when we bought it. Am having trouble with it creating soot and the shutter staying wide open if try to bake in the oven - tremendous gas smell. Have had 2 different companies work on the stove (one of them 3 times!) and no one has been able to fix it yet.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.
