electrode wiring shorting

The electrode for the high temp burner was shorting out and would fail to ignite the gas. Initially, I was able to wrap wiring with electrical tape, this worked for 8 months. Problem re occurred plan to wrap with 3M #27 high temp tape.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.
