20 + YEARS DEFROST CYCLE NOT WORKING

SAME PROBLEM

Do they even make the defroster part for this model anymore? I see the what looks like the same part but it is smaller. Mine measure 12" the replacement parts are under 12". will that part be capable of cool the freezer enough?
