No power

Replaced light bulb after no power to any controls our lights

Freezer works, refrigerator warm

I noted the refrigerator was too warm. Upon investigation, the freezer was iced up. I defrosted and opened to inspect the evaporator fan which was moving in an odd way. I could hear rumbling noise with 2 intermittent beeps. I changed the evaporator fan motor after verifying 12v DC at the connector. Now, the evaporator fan moves, but intermittently with the same rumbling and beeping. Pulling the refrigerator our, I noticed the condenser fan was not moving. Backprobing, I noted no voltage at the connector. I spun the fan blade and it is able to move freely. I checked for continuity at the control board and it is intact. I pulled out the control board and after reading some articles, noted this part has been discontinued. I rebuilt the control board replacing a capacitor and 4 relays. The same problem persists. Hoping to fix the problem, I replaced the inverter, still no power at the condenser fan, evaporator fan still spins intermittently. I am now ab out $500 into this repair without resolution. The custom cabinets of the kitchen limits the size of a new refrigerator, so currently living out of a wine refrigerator while I figure it out.
