Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator water dispenser no longer works

The water dispenser on the front of the unit no longer works. There is water pressure going into the unit and the water filter is installed. Furthermore, the ice cube dispenser and tray still make and dispense ice. I have checked continuity of all the wires, microswitches, and junctions from the top of the door to the front control panel. Everything is fine. I suspect that there is an issue with what happens to the water after it goes to the ice maker, however, I need a manual to further troubleshoot.
