Model NO 79569009900

the refrigerator is over three years old. It has always has this trouble but it is worse. When it is pluged in and the display is set for Freezer and food compartment it will run for a while than the evaporator fan will run than turn off several times. Than the display will go to the highest number and the fn will stay off. It canbe reset some times it will work longer. I have replaced the control board and the defrost thermostat Still no results.
