dirty/wet dishes

Purchased new but the dishes stay wet and some food still on them. Had the repair guy over but still the same. I also do not like the small ties because it is hard to load the larger dishes.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.

How long did you have this dishwasher for? What is the problem with it right now? What kind of diagnostics did you perform? Any earlier repairs?
