Looking for an Owner's Manual / User Guide?

Did you know that many appliances bearing the same name are produced by different manufacturers? For example, a lot of Kenmore dishwashers are made by Whirlpool and Frigidaire, while certain Maytag washers were produced by Samsung.

Service and repair manuals often refer to the original base model before it was rebranded.

Model JE1590BH02 microwave convection oven

Starts and runs when EXPRESS button is pushed but does not heat. When timer is used the unit will not start or heat. The magnetron was replaced several years ago. So far I have replaced the diode but nothing works yet. I have replaced the front control board. I don't know if it's worth replacing the magnetron again along with the capacitor. This oven was purchased in 2005. Your thoughts please. Harold

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.

How long did you have this microwave oven for? What is the problem with it right now? What kind of diagnostics did you perform? Any earlier repairs?
