Coils keep freezing up.

Worse fridge I ever owned. Replaced it with a LG. Took the Kenmore out of storage and plugged it in at my new home in the garage as a second backup fridge. 21 days and the coils are frozen again. Checked out a ton of tortorials on you tube and still can't find the timer on this bottom freezer. It's not behind the front kick panel as it showed on this model video. So I pull the panel in the freezer hit it with a garden hose to clear the frosty coils and it's only good for 3 weeks before it stops keeping the upper compartment cold. Used to get 6 months in California but the humidity here runs a constant 75% most of the time.
