Repairing my Kenmore refrigerator

, well I've had this particular refrigerator model 795-640-0240 one I had it now for about 3 years but now the bottom doesn't freeze anymore over the top doesn't get cold at all so I'm just trying to troubleshoot it and see what's going on because I can't live without my refrigerator okay well but overall though you know what it did work I thought it was a great unit I have actually to kenmore's so you know what happens I guess
