I had this side by side for 11 years. Icicles forms from a screw on the icemaker.

Previously had problems with the auger but changed that and it dispenses ice now. The only problem left is that an icicle forms from the screw towards the back of the ice maker.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.
