Samsung refrigerator RF26VABWP

The freezer is not freezing. We unplugged and plugged back in but the display reads 8A and 8P as the temp and I can not change it

Removing TILTING POCKET

I have followed the directions in the User Manual, which are the same as on the website ... ["Remove the tilting pocket by pulling on both brackets upward at the same time"] ... . I pulled upward / lifted as hard as I can and cannot remove the Tilting Pocket drawer from the backside of the Freezer's front door. I have poured warm water over both brackets (spilling onto the floor) to see it that might 'unstick' it. Still nothing. It does wiggle a little on the brackets, but I can not budge it lifting straight upward. I am afraid if I put more 'pull' (if I can) on the brackets, they might break. Is there a secret or "trick" to getting this narrow drawer off the front door, as I wish to wash it?
