Ice Maker not producing ice.

This unit was in our house when we moved in, 2006. The ice maker has stopped working, but also the coils underneath are extremely dusty. I'm not sure how to get to the coil with a vacuum except the very front of the coil.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.

How long did you have this side-by-side refrigerator for? What is the problem with it right now? What kind of diagnostics did you perform? Any earlier repairs?
