Draining

GE Dishwasher GCD4800L00WW. the owners manual requires a magnify glass to read. It is not draining. Filter and drainage pipe are clear. The schematic showing air gap is not clear as to its location or whether it has one. the power does not shut down by pressing the start button again.

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.
