Jenn air SVE47500W blank display

Note sure what is wrong yet, but he display quit after about 12 years of use. This is the second time it happened. The first time it locked the door with food in it and I had to slide a flat bar to open the lock. This time we just noticed that the display was off, and the door wasn't locked so I just turned off the power to it. I think it is just the display board, for there were no error messages or anything. Going to download the tech manual and double check before I pay 196.00 for a new display. Looks as if the zinc soder that was used on the circut board has creeped. I wish that they still used lead!!!

JennAir Range Modell SVE47500W Membrane Assembly Switch

My original problem was a non-functioning Control Off switch. Repair service man tried to replace the touch pad control panel assembly 3 times. Each time the control off switch problem was corrected, but the cooling fan now constantly runs, the downdraft fan will not function and the oven light will not shut off. Old panel worked fine except for the Control Off . Can this situation be remedied? I am extremely upset as I thoroughly enjoyed this range and in every other way worked well.
