Kitchenaid Dishwasher KUDS02

This unit is 5 years old. It was an excellent dishwasher at the start. In 5 years, the detergent dispenser broke (won't close) and the silverware basket bottom broke out. Kitchenaid's plastic manufacturing sucks! Now it does a terrible job at washing dishes. We purchased all Kitchenaid appliances during our kitchen remodeling and were very proud of our purchase. Now we are very disappointed. The microwave door handle's paint has worn off and it only marginally works. We have had to replace the controls in the stove and refrigerator. Do not purchase Kitchenaid appliances!
