DIRTY DISHES ON TOP RACK: The most common cause of this problem is a broken chopper. Location of the chopper is shown on p. 21 of the manual. UNPLUG YOUR DISHWASHER. Once you reach it, inspect the chopper visually. If it is not broken, try rotating it. Free rotation could mean that the chopper does not connect with the motor due to worn out plastic piece attached to the motor. Also, the little rubber valve to right of the chopper might have worn out and is not passing the water. Remove the valve and clean it or check if needs a replacement.
