Runs but almost no water

Dishwasher runs through every cycle and so I ds normal, but dishes dirty and soap still sitting at bottom. I tried operating the unit with door open and I observed the telescopic tower spurts initially when the motor comes on and a few driops of water come out, then thats it. Seems like water either can't get through or nothing is pumping it, even though it sounds like everything is running and the cycle seems to continue normally- just without water..

Do you own this unit? Please describe repair issue you are having.

How long did you have this dishwasher for? What is the problem with it right now? What kind of diagnostics did you perform? Any earlier repairs?
